What happens to my reservation once it is made? |
| Once your reservation is made, it is sent immediately to the
hotel/supplier for confirmation. |

What does the status On Request mean?. |

Upon booking this reservation, you will receive a reservation number for
status identification purposes only. Within the next 24-48 hours the
hotel/supplier will reply with a definite confirmation or decline of the
reservation, which at that time we will offer a higher rate or an
alternative property. |

Are the rates on your site per person or per room per night? |
| All the rates quoted on our site are PER ROOM for the duration of
the WHOLE STAY requested. All prices include service and local taxes. |

What credit / debit cards are accepted? |

What if my client wants a service or property that I cannot find
online? |
| If there are any needs that your client has and you are not able to
find it online please e-mail us at book@plentyrooms.com and we will be
more than happy to get the requested information for you. |

What if I need to cancel a reservation? |

If my guest arrives at the hotel and had forgotten their voucher,
what should they do? |
| The hotel/supplier can contact us and we will gladly send the
voucher over. |

If my guest has already begun their holiday and they are unhappy
with the hotel, what can they do? |
| Depending on your preference, the guest can call us from the number
provided on the voucher, and we will be more then happy to arrange
something else, with the understanding that the guest will pay any
additional cost(s) (if applicable). We can also request that they
contact you directly for further assistance. |

What if I have to make a booking for more than 5 rooms? |
| For more than 5 rooms travelling together, this reservation will
need to be processed by our Group department. Please use the Group
Travel reservation form on our website and our reservation staff will
follow up with you by email. |

If I need to make more than one reservation and I
have only one name, what do I do? |
| Please always try to get the total number of names of the passengers
when making reservations on their behalf. Reservations with the exact
same name can cause problems, since the hotel might think it is the same
reservation and not confirm both rooms. If it is not possible to get the
names, try using the first name in one room and the middle name in the
second room (anything that will show the difference). If you still are
not able to do this, please send us an e-mail advising us of the
situation. This way we can contact the hotel/supplier and let them know. |
